Delivery Details

We want you to know exactly what to expect after you place an order.
This page explains how we handle processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and what happens if something goes wrong with your delivery.


1. Order Processing Time

Before your order is shipped, we need a short time to prepare it.

  • Order processing time: typically [X–Y business days, e.g. 1–3 business days] after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • During peak periods (sales, holidays, etc.), processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible.

You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout, and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination. All delivery estimates are approximate and refer to business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Example structure (you can adjust to match your carriers):

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping:
    Estimated delivery within [e.g. 5–8 business days] after dispatch.

  • Express Shipping (if available):
    Estimated delivery within [e.g. 2–4 business days] after dispatch.

International Shipping (if applicable)

If we ship outside our home country:

  • Delivery typically takes around [e.g. 7–15 business days] after dispatch, depending on the destination and local postal services.

  • Some remote or restricted areas may experience longer transit times.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control (carrier delays, weather, customs inspections, local holidays, etc.).


3. Order Cut-Off Times

Orders placed before our daily cut-off time are usually processed starting the same business day.

  • Daily order cut-off: [e.g. 12:00 (noon) local time]

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/holidays will be processed starting on the next business day.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you complete your payment.

Typical structure (example, adjust for your store):

  • Flat-rate shipping: a fixed fee per order, regardless of the number of items.

  • Express shipping: a higher fee applies if you choose faster delivery.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed in your order summary prior to payment.

We do not add any hidden delivery fees after you confirm your order.


5. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to:

  • Some locations may not be eligible for delivery due to carrier restrictions or legal limitations.

If your shipping address is outside our delivery area, we may have to cancel the order and issue a refund. In such cases, we will notify you by email.


6. Order Tracking

For most shipped orders, we provide a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

    • The carrier (if applicable)

    • Your tracking number or tracking link

  • You can use this information to follow the progress of your shipment on the carrier’s website (where available).

In some cases (particularly low-cost or economy shipping), tracking may be limited or unavailable depending on the service used.


7. Delivery Attempts & Undeliverable Packages

If the carrier is unable to deliver your package:

  • They may make one or more delivery attempts, or

  • They may leave a delivery notice with instructions for redelivery or collection, or

  • The package may be delivered to a pickup location (e.g. local post office or collection point).

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

  • Recipient not collecting the package within the carrier’s holding period

…we may:

  • Issue a refund of the product cost (excluding original shipping fees), or

  • Offer to resend the order, with additional shipping charges, if applicable.

The exact solution will depend on the situation and will be communicated by our support team.


8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

We take care to pack our products properly, but problems can still happen during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

  2. Provide:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the outer packaging and damaged/incorrect items

    • A short description of the issue

After reviewing the case, we may offer:

  • A replacement,

  • A partial or full refund, or

  • Another appropriate solution, based on our Returns & Refunds Policy.


9. Lost or Significantly Delayed Orders

If your order appears to be lost or is significantly delayed beyond the normal delivery time:

  1. Check the tracking information (if provided).

  2. Confirm the shipping address used at checkout.

  3. Contact the carrier using the tracking number, if possible.

If the carrier is unable to resolve the issue, please contact us and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Tracking number (if any)

  • Any updates received from the carrier

We will work with you and the carrier to investigate the situation. In confirmed cases of loss, we may:

  • Replace the order, or

  • Issue a refund, in line with our store policies.


10. Changing Your Delivery Address

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order:

  • Contact us immediately with the correct information.

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, we will update the address where possible.

  • If the order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to change the address. In that case, you may need to contact the carrier directly.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.


11. Customs, Duties & Import Fees (for international deliveries)

For international orders (if applicable):

  • Your shipment may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your local authorities.

  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the recipient.

  • We are unable to predict or control these costs, as they vary by country and local regulations.

Refusal to pay customs or import fees may result in your package being returned or destroyed by customs. In such cases, any potential refund will depend on whether the goods are returned to us in sellable condition and may exclude shipping costs.
