Payment Options

We want your checkout experience to be simple and secure.
At this time, we only accept payments through:

  • PayPal

  • Stripe (credit & debit cards)

We do not accept cash on delivery (COD), bank transfers, checks, or cryptocurrency payments.


1. PayPal

What is PayPal?

PayPal is a secure digital wallet that allows you to pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or saved cards. You do not need to share any card details directly with our website.

How PayPal payments work

  1. At checkout, select PayPal as your payment method.

  2. You will be redirected to the PayPal login page.

  3. Log in to your PayPal account and confirm the payment.

  4. After successful payment, you will be automatically redirected back to our website.

  5. You will see an order confirmation on screen and receive a confirmation email.

What you can use with PayPal

Depending on your PayPal account settings and region, you may be able to pay with:

  • PayPal balance

  • Linked bank account

  • Linked credit or debit cards

Any available options will be shown inside your PayPal account during checkout.

PayPal fees

  • We do not charge additional PayPal processing fees on top of the order total.

  • The amount you see at checkout is the amount you authorize in PayPal.

  • If your PayPal account is in another currency, PayPal may apply its own currency conversion rate and fees.

PayPal errors & issues

If your PayPal payment fails or is declined, it may be due to:

  • Insufficient PayPal balance

  • Issues with your linked bank or card

  • Security checks or limits placed by PayPal

You can try:

  • Using a different funding source inside PayPal

  • Contacting PayPal support for more details

  • Returning to checkout and choosing Stripe (card payment) instead


2. Stripe (Credit & Debit Cards)

What is Stripe?

Stripe is a leading online payment processor that securely handles card payments. Your card details are encrypted and processed directly by Stripe.

We never see or store your full card number on our servers.

Supported cards

Depending on your region, Stripe may support:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • And other major debit or credit cards supported by Stripe

The valid card types will be shown during the checkout process.

How card payments work via Stripe

  1. At checkout, select Credit / Debit Card (via Stripe).

  2. Enter your card number, expiration date, CVC/CVV, and billing details.

  3. In some cases, your bank may require 3D Secure verification (e.g., an SMS code or app confirmation).

  4. Once your bank approves the transaction, the payment is processed and your order is confirmed.

  5. You will see an on-screen order confirmation and receive a confirmation email.

Card security & data protection

  • All card information is encrypted and sent securely to Stripe.

  • Our website uses HTTPS to protect your connection.

  • We do not store your full card number or CVC/CVV code.

  • Stripe is PCI DSS compliant, which means it follows strict security standards for handling payment data.

Common reasons for declined card payments

Your payment may be declined if:

  • The card number, expiry date, or CVC is incorrect

  • The card has insufficient funds or has reached its limit

  • The bank blocked the transaction due to suspected fraud or unusual activity

  • Online or international payments are not enabled on the card

If your card payment is declined, you can:

  • Check your card details carefully and try again

  • Contact your bank or card issuer for more information

  • Try a different card

  • Switch to PayPal as an alternative method


3. Currency, Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices on our website are displayed in [update: your store currency, e.g. USD].

  • The total amount at checkout includes:

    • Product prices

    • Shipping charges (if applicable)

    • Any applicable taxes shown before you confirm payment

We do not add hidden payment surcharges beyond what is clearly displayed at checkout.

If your card or PayPal account uses a different currency, your bank, card issuer, or PayPal may apply:

  • Currency conversion

  • Additional fees according to their policies

We are not responsible for any extra charges applied by third-party financial institutions.


4. Order Confirmation & Receipts

After a successful payment (via PayPal or Stripe):

  • You will see an order confirmation page in your browser.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email with:

    • Order number

    • Purchased items

    • Billing and shipping details

    • Total amount paid

    • Selected payment method

If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.


5. Payment Security & Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, we may perform additional checks on certain orders, such as:

  • Verifying if billing and shipping addresses match

  • Checking for unusually high order amounts

  • Reviewing orders flagged by PayPal, Stripe, or our antifraud systems

In rare cases, we may:

  • Request additional verification information, or

  • Cancel and refund an order if it appears suspicious or cannot be verified

These measures are in place to reduce unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.


6. Refunds & Payment Reversals

Any approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original order:

  • If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be sent back to your PayPal account.

  • If you paid via Stripe (card), the refund will be sent back to your original card.

Refund processing times:

  • We initiate the refund within the time frame defined in our Returns / Refund Policy.

  • Your bank, card issuer, or PayPal may take several business days to post the refund back to your account or statement.

7. Unsupported Payment Methods

To avoid confusion, please note that we do not accept:

  • Cash on delivery (COD)

  • Direct bank transfers or wire transfers

  • Checks or money orders

  • Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.)

  • Store credit from other platforms

Any attempt to pay outside our supported methods (PayPal or Stripe) will not be processed as a valid order.

  • You were charged but did not receive an order confirmation

  • You are unsure whether your payment went through

  • You see a duplicate charge on your statement
